This notice (“Health Policy”) supplements the Harmony for Humanity U.S. Privacy Policy (“U.S. Privacy Policy”) and applies to personal data that is considered “Consumer Health Data” as defined in and subject to the Washington My Health My Data Act (“MHMD”).
Please note that there are many exceptions under MHMD, so not all of the information listed below may be subject to MHMD. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Health Policy.
Consumer Health Data We Collect
As outlined in the Personal Information We Collect section of the U.S. Privacy Policy, the types of Consumer Health Data we collect depend on your interactions with Harmony for Humanity, your privacy preferences, the services you use, your location, and applicable laws. Some of the categories of data we collect may be considered Consumer Health Data under MHMD, including:
- Health-related conditions, treatments, diseases, or diagnoses: For example, we may collect such information through surveys or program participation feedback.
- Physical or mental health data: For instance, we may collect information about developmental milestones during our early childhood programs.
- Reproductive or sexual health information: For example, this data may be collected during pre- and post-natal care programs.
- Healthcare access or inquiries: This includes data such as requests for healthcare referrals or participation in health services events.
- Other related data: Information provided to us regarding your use of community services or social programs may also fall under Consumer Health Data.
Sources of Consumer Health Data
We collect Consumer Health Data directly from you, from your interactions with our services, and from third parties, as outlined in the Personal Information We Collect section of our U.S. Privacy Policy.
The Purpose for Our Collection and Use of Consumer Health Data
We collect and use Consumer Health Data primarily to provide you with the services you have requested or authorized. These include:
- Delivering services and customizing their features.
- Ensuring the secure and reliable operation of our systems and services.
- Improving our programs and services.
- Conducting essential business operations, such as compliance with legal obligations, analyzing performance, and research and development.

Sharing of Consumer Health Data
We may share Consumer Health Data for the purposes described in the How We Use Your Personal Data section of our U.S. Privacy Policy. Specifically, we may share Consumer Health Data:

- To comply with legal obligations or respond to valid legal requests.
For example, we may share data with third-party translators to facilitate communication during healthcare services or disclose data when required by law.
Third Parties With Which We Share Consumer Health Data
